Snitch

A poem from 2017

Listen to an audio recital

Garlic salt, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Cayenne pepper
Your friend Joe is the worst friend ever
He hates to do what you tell him to
Treats your commandments just like poo
He only wants to be friends with you
Because you protect him

My servant Joe is a righteous man
What you say of him is wrong
Test him and break him if you can

I'll kill his kids
He'll lose his wealth
You won't let me touch his health
Ring a ring a Rosie's
I will make his house fall down!
Drat! He doesn't blame you!
Says he will still worship you!

My servant Joe is a righteous man
Try again but spare his life
Test him and break him if you can

Humpty Joe, sat on a wall
Doesn't suspect a thing at all
I'll curse his body with demonic sores
He'll feel he has been in the wars
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Won't put Joe together again!
Drat! He doesn't blame you!
But there's a whole world to walk about
I'll be back, there is no doubt!
