Sledgehammer

A poem from 2016
This is terrible! (Crosses fingers)
This is outrageous! (Suppresses laugh)
We must pass new laws! (Sly smile)
We must impose on the population! (Teeth flash)
And if one person is helped
It will have been worth it!
(Maniacal eyes)

      Haha. Thank you - I think. I see politicians saying these kinds of things and I really wonder if it's worth curtailing the liberties of everyone to potentially help one person.
