Urbi et Orbi

A poem from 2018

To the City:
May you be free
From all dis-ease
From all degrees of crime
And ill will
May your streets
Be places of peace

To the World:
May you know grace
In every place
In every face
Amongst every race
May justice abound
To the sound
Of Joy and laughter

Oh, Heaven come down
Change human hearts
Bring to an end what keeps us apart
Smash the system
Bring bliss
A saviour’s kiss
I want this
